Zhang Dezeng was born in 1952, enlisted in the armed forces gloriously in 1973. When he was working at headquarters of Jinan military area as batman, he commended by the army for many times. After retiring from army, he went back to hometown, Shahe Town of Laizhou, to work for supply and marketing cooperation as the manager. Under the push of the spring tide, Zhang Dezeng began to establish the enterprise in 1995 to drive hometown people to get rich together. He played the function of file leader's army in order to develop local economy.
